Shipping & Delivery Policy

Kalmantic Inc sells digital products and services only. We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how and when you receive what you purchase.

Plain-English summary. Everything we sell is delivered electronically — usually instantly, and at the latest within a few minutes of a successful payment. There is no shipping, no shipping fee, and no delivery address required.

What we deliver

  • Inference credits and API access — provisioned to your Kalmantic account immediately after a successful payment.
  • Software, tools, and SDK access — made available for download or activated on your account on purchase.
  • Digital publications — delivered via download link or to the email on your account.
  • Advisory and services engagements — delivered per the schedule agreed in your order form or statement of work.

Delivery timeline

  • Instant products (credits, API access, downloads): activated automatically on successful payment, typically within seconds and no later than a few minutes.
  • If a payment is flagged for review by our merchant of record (Paddle or Lemon Squeezy), delivery completes as soon as the payment clears, usually within a few hours.
  • Services engagements are delivered on the timeline stated in your agreement.

Delivery confirmation

You receive an email receipt from our merchant of record for every purchase, and your account dashboard reflects the credits, access, or entitlements you bought. If you do not see your purchase reflected within 30 minutes of payment, contact us.

No physical shipping

Because all products are digital, we do not collect a shipping address, charge shipping or handling fees, or use any courier or postal carrier. Any address collected at checkout by our merchant of record is for billing and tax purposes only.

If something goes wrong

If a product is not delivered, is delivered incomplete, or is not accessible after payment, email hello@kalmantic.com with your receipt / transaction id. We will resolve delivery issues promptly, and where delivery genuinely failed and cannot be completed, this may qualify for a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
